These items can be purchased to print yourself or printed, assembled and shipped to you. Cupcake toppers come 2.5" round images 12 per PDF for printable. Assembled toppers are 2 sided with a white lollipop stick. Cupcake wrappers are printed on paper and secured with clear tape.
