Welcome to Pierce’s Ocean, an Under the Sea birthday adventure and pool party. Guests were O’fishally invited to celebrate with Pierce and all of his Ocean Friends.
A sign on the door announced, “It’s good to SEA you!”
Overhead there were lantern fish, jellyfish, and blowfish gliding through a make-believe sea much to the delight of the birthday boy, who was wearing a special t-shirt designed just for his special day.
The party table featured sand-filled vases with ocean grasses and sea shells. The colorful centerpiece topper proclaimed “Pierce’s Ocean.” Other complimentary decorations included seashells and coral.
A red wire basket held the brightly colored napkins with napkin rings.
Family and friends dined at an Under the Sea Sand-wich Bar. Other favorites included “Seaweed (Spinach) Dip,” Seashell pasta salad, Chicken of the Sea (chicken tenders), Berried (Strawberries and Blueberries)Treasure, Assorted Chips , Shark Bait fruit salad, and raw vegetables.
Sweet and treat options included Blowfish Cake Pops, Oreo Crabs, Sea Creature Cookies, Barnacle Driftwood, Coral Rock Candy, Swedish Fish, and Goldfish.
Cupcakes were decorated with party themed cupcake toppers. The birthday boy’s special cupcake was perched atop a branched coral.
Café tables included Centerpieces of various sea animals, including whale, sea horse, starfish, dolphin, blowfish, octopus, shark, jellyfish, sea turtle, crab, and fish.
Beverage included assorted soft drinks and bottled water with personalized sea creature labels.
Pool side guests were delighted with “Celebrate Under the Sea Pierce is 3” party fans, which were as adorable as they were practical.
Starfish decorated cookies were party favors, and included favor tags which read, “Thanks for coming Under the Sea with me! Love, Pierce.”
