Graduations are as much about new beginnings as they are about endings! Such was the case with McKinley’s graduation celebration that recognized both the accomplishments of his past high school achievements, as well as looked forward to his future success in college!
This festive graduation party was styled with the graduate’s high school colors of red and black, as well as his college colors of red and orange! Beautiful flowers, as well as a fabulous cake and cupcakes, were strategically displayed with the graduate’s Senior portrait.
A sign designed especially for the occasion extended a special thank everyone who had a special part in McKinley’s life over the past 18 years! Each guest was asked to write a special sentiment, thought, wish or reflection in one of his favorite much loved and read books "Oh the Places You Will Go!"
Cupcake toppers complemented the party colors and theme!
A magnificent red, black, and white candy bar was a favorite of the guests! Some of the creative candy labels included, Twisted Lollypops, Mustang M&Ms, and my favorite, McKinley's One Smart Cookie!
A pretzel bar featured a variety of sweet and salty pretzel options.
The “Go Mac” Mac and Cheese Bar was as creative as it was delicious! The framed menu options were the perfect guide to the culinary delights served in footed glasses!
There was great attention to details as water bottle labels and candy bar labels were given a personal touch.
Strawberry, Blueberry and Lemon soda was a refreshing beverage choice. Fruit infused water and tropical iced tea were also served.
Party favors included chocolate covered apples decorated with personalized tags which read “Congratulations, McKinley! Class of 2014.”
