I just love having friends over to the house to share a meal and some great conversation! And what a wonderful way to enjoy the beautiful weather than with a Backyard Grill Party!
This particular day I chose a unique color scheme and design, which ultimately became one of my favorites! Black and white gingham was the palate against which yellow and red accents really popped!
Soft white lights and yellow lanterns hung from an overhead umbrella for this evening cookout. Candles, as well as brilliant red and yellow flowers, provided the centerpiece elements along the black and white checkered fabric table runner .
Sweet ice tea and lemonade were available to all and labeled with black plaid swirl frames. Red striped straws with black plaid flags added a festive flair.
Yellow napkins with party designed napkin rings complemented the black plates. Placecards let guests know where to be seated.
Barbecue grill party images decorated individual water bottles and added interest to the table settings.
The Burger Bar was filled with all the fixings for a fabulous feast!
A backyard party would not be complete without ice cold watermelon!
Cupcakes were wrapped with the black and white gingham and adorned with grill party cupcake toppers!
This was an ordinary evening turned extraordinary!
