Black and White Halloween Party

Eye of newt and whisker of cat, leg of spider, and wing of bat! The witches’ brew is almost done, It’s Halloween, let’s have some fun!  Kids were excited from the start with this invitation from Katherine and Caroline.

Black and white decorative mesh, ribbons, and twinkling lights gave a warm welcome to costumed party goers.  Black and white pin wheels and ghosts were intertwined in the door decorations and a “Halloween” banner completed the entrance!

Refreshments included a fruit and vegetable plate with ghost marshmallows and a cheese plate.

The refreshments table also included a popcorn bar where the kids could fill up their own popcorn boxes with an assortment of popcorn and treats.

The dessert table treats included Creepy Cupcakes, which featured party themed cupcake toppers such as,”EAT at your own risk”, a witch with the phrase “Wicked”, a crow with the phrase “EAT ME if you dare”, “TRICK or TREAT” and “Happy Halloween.”

Miniature chocolates were wrapped in black and white and orange party papers!  There were witches, spiders, skulls, gravestones, ravens, bats, and ghost images to choose from!

Wicked Water was available for the thirsty ghosts, goblins, and witches in attendance.  Spooky images and sayings of witches, crows, “HAPPY halloween to you”, and “Wicked WATER” popped against the black and white stripe background.

The table was set with black and white bat plates with an orange rim, orange napkins with personalized black and white napkin rings reading “just one BITE”, orange cups with black and white stripe straws with scary fun straw flags, and cups of candy corn.

The kids had fun in Halloween Spooktacular photo booth!

Night Owl Sleepover Party

A whimsical night owl themed sleepover was the perfect choice for this special birthday!

Guests were welcomed to “Katherine’s Nest” with a fun party signs hung on grapevine wreaths at the front door!

Bright colors set against a chalkboard backdrop featured an owl with a sleep mask resting on a crescent moon!

Overhead colorful paper lanterns gave the room a festive touch.

The table was set with a blue cloth with a pink table runner.

Nest centerpieces, included colorful birthday party circles, and alternated with tissue pom poms as a focal point.

Personalized place cards were stylishly set in log card holders at each setting.

Burlap chargers held the dinnerware, and place settings included lollipops with pink napkins and cutlery neatly wrapped with a napkin holder.

A variety of sweet and salty selections were on the snack table, which was dressed with a teal blue tablecloth as well as a burlap table skirt.

Pink tissue pom pom flower balls rested on blue candle holders.

Katherine’s Night Owl pillow carried out the sleepover party theme.

Cupcakes included colorful cupcake toppers.

The owl cookies were a favorite.

Rock candy sticks were arranged in a bowl of colorful chocolate candies.

Colorful stickers added interest to the popcorn boxes.

Personalized water bottles were served up on tree slice platters.

Milk bottles included the owl logo against a blue polka dot background. Pink and white striped straws were decorated with night owl straw flags.

A personalized party Centerpiece Topper was nestled among colorful feathers at the beverage station.

A party banner added another decorative detail to the design!

Canvas favor bags were hung on a woodland tree.

Favor bags included adorable favor tags proclaiming “It was a Hoot!” Partygoers stashed party favors including hand sanitizer, lip balm, and beauty cream, all with party themed stickers.

A party sign announced that “Even Night Owls Need Their Beauty Rest!”

Miniature Hershey bars wrapped in the letters “O-W-L-S” were arranged in clear bags and tied with twine!

In addition to a Bounce House, a number of party games kept the action organized and fun.

The Night Owl Pledge was an opportunity for the girls to sign off on expected good behavior, which made for a more enjoyable evening for all involved.

The Night Owl Diner featured late night- early breakfast options on beds. Of special interest were the Bedhead Beverages, such as milk, juice, and “night owl coffee” in special cups with labels in keeping with the party theme.

 

Assorted cereals, muffins, and fruit completed the breakfast menu!

Jump Trampoline Park Party

Sector 6 Trampoline Park was the setting for a fabulous 11th birthday celebration for four party girls!

What better way to announce the party than with an adorable JUMP invitation!

 

Colorful lime green, aqua blue, hot pink, and orange along with chevron styling characterized the party design.

 

With the beat of the music in their ears the girls jumped and enjoyed the other adventure sports activities before enjoying the birthday festivities!

It was easy to identify the birthday girls who wore green t-shirts with initial iron-ons!

 

A huge Happy Birthday banner hung strategically in the party room!

 

Party tables featured “Jump” centerpiece toppers mounted in colorful buckets filled with crinkle paper.

 

Guests quenched their thirst with a variety of beverages including personalized water bottles with bright chevron patterns.

 

Party foods included Super Sandwiches

 

Colorful cupcake toppers were designed in keeping with the party theme!

 

Miniature Hershey bars wrapped with the letters J-U-M-P were packaged in clear bags, and tied with white ribbons. Multi-color favor tags read “THANKS for JUMPing with us!”

Hot Air Balloon Baby Shower

This fabulous hot air balloon baby shower was styled by From the Heart Events, and incorporated party printables by That Party Chick.

Bright colors of turquoise blue, red, and yellow provided a perfect color palate for this special occasion to document the Journey of Baby Hannah.

Balloons and hot air balloons lined the front porch.

Decorative frames were utilized for not only the invitation but various party signs.

Hydrangea filled baskets outfitted with high flying yellow balloons were festively positioned on vintage wooden soft drink crates as centerpieces.

Great attention was given to detail as red flowers were beautifully tucked into yellow napkins.

Guests dined seated in white chairs tied with blue bows.

Blue mason jars included “Baby Hannah” decorated straw flags.

The magnificent dessert table included a wide array of delicacies and treats.

An “Up, Up, & Away Banner” and a map of the world provided the party table backdrop. A hot air balloon with a dangling heart floated alongside!

A stunning cake featured clouds and hot air balloons.

Hot air balloon cookies were arranged in red vintage suitcases.

Blue candy covered strawberries and white chocolate covered Oreos were as cute as they were delicious.

Cloud cookie pops, triple chocolate mousse, and other desserts delighted guests!

A Geronimo balloon with mini-tassel garland, and a “MAMA” bunting banner decorated a chair for the guest of honor.

The day included so many wonderful expressions of love and wishes for Baby Hannah.

White gable Favor boxes for taking home desserts carried personalized favor tags which read “Up, up and away! Thank you for sharing my day. Baby Hannah. “

Luau Party

Aloha and welcome to Caroline’s Luau! The sunny day and poolside atmosphere were perfect for a fabulous Hawaiian themed celebration!

A sign on the garden gate greeted arriving guests.

Colorful umbrellas and inviting party tables were stationed throughout the yard. Perhaps of most interest to the girls was the oversize Kahuna waterslide!

Flower leis in yellow gable boxes were part of the table place setting so as not to be drenched as party-goers headed for the swimming pool. Favor tags read “Caroline’s Luau.”

A grass skirt bordered the table where the girls each claimed their place for food, beverages, and party favors. Placemats included a flamingo, and specially designed party paper envelopes held napkins and cutlery. Tiki straw cups were at each place setting and were repeatedly filled with refreshing beverages throughout the party.

Hawaiian themed pool party water bottle labels were festive.

A “Caroline’s Luau” centerpiece topper was positioned in a beautiful floral arrangement, which had the look of the tropics.

The dessert and snack party table was styled with colorful treats. “Aloha” and “Caroline’s Luau” signs were strategically placed. Snacks included party popcorn, candy kabobs, “lava” rock candy sticks, and adorable luau cookies.

The cake and cupcakes were decorated with cupcake toppers in keeping with the party theme.

Guests dined on a variety of other party foods including Subway sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, a chips, fresh fruit, and raw vegetables.

The “Tiki Bar” drink station was a hit. A fountain flowed with blue punch, and a dispenser of fruit-infused “Ocean Water” quenched the thirst of the younger guests.

The adult guests were treated to “Blue Hawaiian” frozen drinks in footed stemware.

Party favors included sparkly island green flip flops with tags that read “Mahalo. Thank you for coming to my Luau.”

Mexican Fiesta 50th Birthday

Let’s Fiesta!  Friends arrived at the family home in anticipation for a fabulous Mexican themed birthday party in celebration of Kent’s milestone 50th birthday.

Animal 2nd Birthday – Wild Time!

The birthday boy’s love of elephants, tigers, giraffes and monkeys inspired this wild second birthday celebration! A “Welcome Party Animals” sign beckoned guests for come in and enjoy the food and birthday festivities!

My youngest daughter wanted to make ornaments this year with our Cricut Explore Air 2.  So, we started at Hobby Lobby and she selected these white ball ornaments.
